Live in the Shire. In the middle of a big city.

The new water mill building project with 56 condominiums is being built 400 meters next to the Pulverhofpark, where once an old water mill was the center of the community. Our task was to combine the history of the place with the modernity of the building. We brought muted colors and an old drawing into the present century.
